As Founder and Chairman of Stevenson Home Builders, Andrew Kaye has been a real estate developer and home builder in both New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia five-county area for nearly four decades. He began his homebuilding career following graduation from law school with a senior position at national homebuilder Toll Brothers, gaining firsthand experience with a large, vertically integrated residential homebuilder. A decade later, he moved to a smaller regional homebuilder, assuming the position of Director of Operations. Mr. Kaye was instrumental in overseeing forward planning and development, leading the company to be named one of Builder magazine’s fastest-growing homebuilders.

 

In 2001, Mr. Kaye started Stevenson Home Builders, allowing him to apply his experience from both a large and a small homebuilder to create a perfect blend of custom home building with a personal hands-on approach, creating a company focused on the smallest details to ensure customer satisfaction. Over the past two decades, Stevenson Homes has grown into an award-winning homebuilder focused on luxury custom homes, move-up residential communities, and multifamily housing developments.

Andrew has held several senior leadership roles within the homebuilding industry, including serving as President of the Pennsylvania Builders Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. He has also appeared nationally on Fox Business and other news networks, as well as in The New York Times, USA Today, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, advocating for increased housing affordability and the reduction of excessive regulatory barriers affecting the homebuilding industry.
